Exciting news! At Cooperativa Olivarera Virgen de la Sierra de Cabra we are delighted to announce that in the next campaign we will start producing organic oil. The transition to organic farming is a careful and exciting process. We are working hard so that all our partners obtain this certification, for this throughout the year we have held different information days in this area. These actions guarantee that our crops are produced without the use of synthetic pesticides, chemical fertilizers or genetically modified organisms. In addition, we have implemented soil conservation and water management techniques to protect our natural resources.
The olive trees of our partners, cultivated organically, are nourished by the fertile soil of the Sierra de Cabra and benefit from the privileged climate of this region. This translates into an olive oil with an exceptional flavor, rich in aromas and with healthy properties.
